For OITP students.
You have applied for industrial attachment at the various locations and
your applications are now with the approving departments. We expect all of
you to be
accepted and you should be hearing from them soon about the arrangement for
visa and payment.
While you are waiting, here are few things to check out or note:
1) Please ensure that your passport has at least 6 months validity on the
day of your returning(16 Oct 2009) or about 8.5 months validity from this
moment. Passport validity can be extended quite easily. Please have 2
passport-size photos ready for visa application.
2) The package cost will be revised upward slightly if traveller insurance
is required to be included in the package(still under consideration), about
$100 extra
3) Anti-flu or anti-hepatitis injections take 14 days to become
effective(some of you may feel it necessary)
4) That you and your friends who have applied receive this email
notification(in case some names, or identities are left out in this mailing
list, or your SP mail is not working)
